Actually it turns out I’m not all that unique after all, but still more unique than ***Dave.
I technically cheated though and used only the shortened version of my first name, Les, as there’s only 8,999 people in the U.S. with that first name of which 99.9% are male. Switch over to my full first name, Lesley, and the number of people with the same first and last name in the U.S. jumps to 33 with 34,496 people sharing that first name (with that spelling) of which 82.61% are female, which explains why so much of my mail comes addressed to the wrong gender. No option for putting in a middle name if you have one.
Name I legally changed to 10 years ago is awesome!

Well, I’m no good at html, but there are 28 other Sadie Morrisons in the U.S. That’s unique enough, I suppose.
34 more of me, and I have a last name shared with less than 3000 total.

According to the ‘How Many’ site I am alone.
But how accurate is it?
I’d suggest it’s severely lacking in its ability to find names.
When I google my name and find me here and here, I realise it’s obviously not picking up all stuff.
I was interested to see my name was part of an Alcatraz inmate’s name – #1396.

Using my legal married name, which is a pretty typical western female first name paired with a pretty common chinese last name (which is actually a shortened version of a somewhat common Tamil name)…

Only 1,620 people in the US have my surname. In my government department of over 80,000 people only 3 people have my surname- me and my wife are two of them.
Here’s an interesting fact- all the people born ‘Baker’ in the UK are decended from 1 of 14 families in the 13th/14th century (this was on the radio a few years ago- it may be a 13 families). So if you are an American or Australian Baker- actually a Baker- i.e. of English decent rather than a corruption at some point in the past (thank you Ellis Island Officials) you are also likely to be related to these 14 families. There was a big project where they tested a load of peoples’ DNA and established relationships.
No one in the US have my exact name (probably has to do with slightly different spelling of my first name), but my last name is the 50th most common last name.
