Seems lately I’ve not been able to get my ass to bed before 11:30 at night. That’s not good when you get up at 6AM the next morning. I don’t normally leave for work until 7:30 and a good half-hour of that is spent in a near comatose state on the couch with the morning news running on TV. I get up at 6 mainly because I have to get the kid off to school, but how early I get up isn’t so much a problem as how late I go to bed.
Tonight I intend to not stay up past 10PM. Ideally I should be in bed by 9PM. Yeah, that’s the ticket. Let’s see if I actually manage to pull it off.
