It’s an open world sandbox type game in which you play Cole who is the sole survivor of a massive explosion that levels six city blocks of Empire city. Cole emerges from the crater not only unharmed, but with wicked cool superpowers. Here’s the story synopsis from the official site:

A lot of folks are saying that 2008 is the year of the Playstation 3 and it’s increasingly looking like that may be true.
