The possibility of the BBC doing a real Ten Doctors episode seems an impossibility based on the fact that the first three actors—William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton, and Jon Pertwee—have all passed away. That didn’t stop these fans from giving it a shot anyway:

Sci-fi goddess Gillian Anderson is being lined up to star in the fifth series of the popular television show Doctor Who, according to the Daily Express.
The Times Online has an interview with Russel T. Davies and David Tennant on their decision to leave Doctor Who this year. It’s not a particularly long or revealing interview, but one bit that stood out for me was their commenting on how the show’s revival made it cool to be a fan again:
It’s official. The BBC has announced that come 2010 when the next actor takes on the role of The Doctor on Doctor Who his final form will be that of Matt Smith. Haven’t heard of him? Yeah, it seems a lot of folks haven’t:
They showed a small clip from the upcoming Krismas episode The Next Doctor on the Children In Need special:
This gets me worked up on two levels: First it gets the whole Krismas vibe going and then it gets me all excited about new Who. This just makes Krismas day that much more wonderful.
A bunch of kids, with some help from Dad no doubt, film their own episode of Doctor Who versus the Daleks complete with music and appropriately low-budget special effects. It is a six minute and forty-three second tour de force:
