News reports like “Iraq weapons questions dog allies” must really be starting to chaff BushCo’s collective shorts by now. Yet both Blair and Wolfowitz continue to insist that such weapons will be found. At least Rumsfeld is trying to come up with some new excuses such as the possibility that the Iraqis had destroyed all the evidence prior to the war.
Wait, wouldn’t that have made them compliant with the demand to disarm? Maybe that’s not such a good excuse then.
