It would be ironic if it turned out that God does exist, but that religion as we know it was a test. “I’m sorry, but you’ll have to spend the next 1000 years in reform school because you took that whole created in 6 days literally. My other children used the intelligence I gave them to understand the Universe is 15 billion years old, but you? You ignored everything humanity has learned on the subject because it didn’t agree with part of one book. Yeesh!“

I tell people to follow their hearts and concience above all else - if anyone (any gods included) disagrees with me or says something I know is unfair, screw them (conditional blasphemy? - if they exist and deserve it, they get it)
