A lawsuit that’s been ongoing for what seems like forever is now history as Microsoft settles browser suit with AOL with a payout of over $750 million. Word has it this settlement may even pave the way for inter-operability between MSN Messenger and AIM users in the not-too-distant future.
Just goes to show you can solve any problem by throwing a sufficiently large enough wad of cash at it.
