Whew! I’m glad I found this ‘important’ and ‘well researched’ article in time! Thanks to Jim Rutz, who must have performed whole nano-second of research, and cites no references what-so-ever, I can finally put this age-old question to bed! Soy beans cause homosexuality. Thankfully, I was breast fed, and have no cause to worry. Oh wait. Damn. Too late.

All sarcasm aside, here’s some quotes from this kook:

Unfortunately, when you eat or drink a lot of soy stuff, you’re also getting substantial quantities of estrogens.

For someone who received both a B.A. and an M.A. in English Language, you wouldn’t think they would use the phrase ‘a lot’ and ‘stuff’. Also, soy contains phytoestrogen, not estrogen. Although similar base compounds, it’s different.

Homosexuals often argue that their homosexuality is inborn because “I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t homosexual.” No, homosexuality is always deviant. But now many of them can truthfully say that they can’t remember a time when excess estrogen wasn’t influencing them.

Oh yeah, did I mention he’s a bible-thumper who writes for the extremely biased WorldNetDaily?

I feel bad for whomever may read his article and take it at face value. I wish people did more research.

You know, I’m about half-convinced that Worldnetdaily is some sort of practical joke. I mean, Chuck Norris is now a regular commenter, for fuck’s sake!

But whether or not WND is a deliberate joke, the truly terrifying thing is that there are many people who take seriously what is written there.

I didn’t eat any soy products until they started serving soy burgers in school (yuck). I don’t think that I even had soy sauce when I was growing up. I guess that I am naturally gay.

So this guy is saying that homosexuals DO NOT have a choice in whether or not to be gay? Interesting, because every other bible beater that’s ever spoke up on the subject has said that it’s the individuals choice to be gay, and that there are no biological factors in the decision/outcome. This asshat seems to be contradicting that assertion.

TAFKA; this guy is part of the fundy cover-all-bases concerning what makes people gay. When the cause of homosexuality is found, homosexuals are still deviants and biological errors.

Of course they will not accept that it is evolution in action .

Presumably Jim Rutz would think gay men are bunch of effeminate sissies or something equally silly. So if eating lots of soy makes you gay how does he explain the Japanese? After all the Japanese diet before and during WW2, when they were being a bunch of nasty imperialists, probably contained more soy than their post war diet, which has become more “Westernised” with more consumption of animal protein.

World Net Daily News is to news as much as Fox news is to non-bias factual reporting. This religious tainted news source really does Christianity a disservice, especially when Christianity and all that it suppose to stand for (love thy neighbor; do unto other, and all that other stuff). I don’t think I have read a web site that proclaims the love for Jesus, yet is so eager to oppress people who do not believe or see things as they do.
