Looks like the boys of South Park will be called upon to save World of Warcraft from destruction!

In this episode, the boys come into contact with a gamer who doesn’t play by the rules. Even the creative people behind World of Warcraft don’t know how to stop the renegade. They are forced to put all of their hope into the hands of the kids of South Park. The boys dedicate their lives to defeating the mad gamer and saving the game for all.

“We were excited to hear that the creators of ‘South Park’ were interested in featuring World of Warcraft in the opening of their new season, and we really enjoyed collaborating with them to make this happen,” said Mike Morhaime, president and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment. “We’re looking forward to sharing the experience with our employees and our players as well when the season debuts this week.”

The title of the show will be Make Love, Not Warcraft and is pretty much a must see for me. Here’s a short teaser trailer:

Don’t like South Park, but I defend the right of those who do to enjoy it.

LOVED the episode. From the satire of World of Warcraft, Randy’s Internet slang ("I have an account but I’m a noob"), to how Kenny “died” in this one, to the subtle GTA reference, South Park continues to be the best animated sitcom (lets face it, the Simpsons jumped the Shark seasons ago and Family Guy has about as much character depth and subtle satire as porn) and one of the best shows on television.

I’ve watched Southpark less than 10 times.
About 6/7 years ago various relatives brought various aged boys to my sister’s place and all were watching it in my 24 yo nephew’s bedroom.
I went in for a look - our ages were about, 54, 24, 15, 10 & 6.
I was amazed at how often each age laughed, often separately. smile

I’ve discovered that it all boils down to brain wiring: your brain is wired to worship magic or it isn’t, either it’s wired to utilize logic or it isn’t, either it’s analytical of myths or it isn’t.
