What’s sad is they actually used some of Palin’s responses to actual interview questions in the skit:
I suppose if McCain/Palin win the election the one silver lining will be the bottomless well of comedy potential they’ll bring the late night shows.

Um yea that was damn funny. And the bailout nonsensical rant was pretty spot on!
And you know, I would miss the golden years of the Daily Show, too. I just don’t think it would be a good idea to punish the country for my entertainment
