“Shaolin Soccer” hits theaters April 2nd.

I first wrote about this movie all the back in May of last year and it’s finally getting ready to hit American theaters.

What do you get when you cross an ancient martial art with a modern sport? You get Shaolin Soccer!

Oh yeah!

The movie’s been mentioned in a couple of Wired articles this past fall.

I saw this in a theater in Thailand a while back.  It didn’t have English subtitles so I had no idea what was being said yet the physical humor was so good that it was still very funny for me.  I’d love to see it in English or with English subtitles.

I saw some bits of it at the San Diego ComicCon a couple of summers back, and it certianly looked like a hoot.
