By now you’ve probably seen those custom spinner rims you can buy for your car, right? You know, the ones where they’re designed in such a way that part of the rim spins freely and independently from the rest of the wheel so that even when the cars are stopped you occasionally are struck by panic because you think they’re rolling forward due to the stupid rim spinning? Some folks think those things look pretty cool, but what if you’re still too young to drive and the only ride you have access to is your trusty bicycle?

I can honestly say that these features are way cool. But I can also say I’m glad they weren’t available when you guys were growing up because I don’t think I could have afforded them! The best we could do,if I remember correctly was the old playing card in the spokes deal.
