It appears that Adam and Jamie were hired by the nVidia folks to provide a demonstration of relative computing power at the nVision trade show. Exactly what they’re supposed to be demonstrating is unclear from the video because it’s heavily edited, but the end result is still pretty cool. They use a massive paint ball rig to instantly produce a rough image of the Mona Lisa. It doesn’t really prove anything, but it has a very high wicked cool factor. Check it:

It looks like they are showing off the capabilities of a cell processor that can handle multiple streams of a single task more efficiently than a normal run of the mill CPU. Not really sure, just a guess.
Please tell me that sentence was irony 
All it tells me is that they are running out of myths to bust. I also don’t understand what this has to do with computers at all. The rapid-fire thing in the Mona Lisa sequence - what you need a computer for there?
I think the machine is a metaphor. They are not literally showing off the capabilities of one versus the other.
