Well, now that I have read this all the way through, I would like to comment on the original topic and my experience at one of these type camps when I was a young lad in my early teens. They were constantly warning us about the harm of touching ourselves in an “Impure Manner”

To be super honest.  My eyes kind of glazed over every time I saw an entry from Don. 

Anyways.  Did she move her camp?  I thought someone wrote she did or was going to move her camp for security reasons.  How much flack is that chick getting because of the movie/documentary?  Is security a big enough issue to make parents think twice before trusting their children at her camp?

The point I am making in reference to free speech in the USA.

The First Amendment is NOT a legal blanket to protect any drool a person slops out at any time or place they like.

Speech is divided into two categories, protected and unprotected speech. Included in speech are all kinds of physical symbols and body language.

Unprotected speech is speech that can be censored by legal authority either by incarceration, fines, penalties, and sanctions, by criminal statutes and tort law.

I posted a very small reference to this fact of USA society, and I gave a few categories of what unprotected speech falls into. NOT one response on this thread gave any valid reference to the contrary, so my claim still stands.

There are also other authorities in the USA that regulate speech, censor, and control speech, other than legal authority that are just as valid.

The problem with vandalism to destroy religious cults, it is against the law and civil peace, and punishable, and it makes no matter for the reason of vandalism save of insanity, you are too gd stupid to know other wise (but still punishable), and provokes social disorder rather than solves the contention.

Public opinion to combat religious cults, YES, I can go on that method persuade. Culture decides what is deviate and what is not, and deviate behavior most certainly can have repercussions way beyond the law, but still not justified to violence or civil wrongs.

I know it is difficult for some people here to carry more than one thought so I will stop here.
I expressed two thoughts, and no doubt, I am pushing it.

I know my spelling sucks, but about 12 years ago, I found MS spell check, and I found away I could write, and to over come my horrid deficiency and gross limitations.  So YES, I am faulted, without excuse, as I knew better, as with MS spell check, and I did not use it.

I am, to the best of my knowledge, I am not less than 4th generation born and survived in the USA. My linage, my direct father, was 100% German born from the 13th century, arrived in the USA in the 40’s; he met my gorgeous, beautiful, mother in the USA in the 40’s, and I am the lone surviving son.  My mom came from Sweden many years before as to her linage, she being a natural blonde-haired person and blues eyes to this date in real live. Life marches on, and so will I, and I will not relent in life or living, but rather seek improvement where I can—I hate being limited.

I was taught, in my youth, that the thinking people will prevail, but I was never taught what thinking is, even in public schools.  When I asked, what is thinking, I was told I had to learn that on my own. I am working on it, YES, I have made great progress, and even more is to come.

So does this answer your question? Linage never answered my questions. I am a white male and a USA citizen by birth, that gives me rights, the same rights I will fight for, and NOT by my personal opinions; but rather by the judicial rule of LAW.

Why must so many of the people who decide to become unhinged over here be completely unable to form coherent sentences and credible thought processes on the screen?

Anyways Don, I don’t care what you think about anything. You’re not important enough to listen to as an opinion on anything of merit, most especially culture and the law, until you suck it up and finish college. It’s not hard, you can do it while you’re at a truck stop or at your job at the convenience store or whatever, and it will infinitely improve your ability to communicate.

Now, that’s not to say that some other people aren’t here that don’t communicate absolutely fine without any higher education. In your case though, I think the additional education expense would be well spent, even at a community college, simply for the time spent in English with an instructor to guide you in forming your ideas into a proper paragraph structure.

I suspect Don’s problem is as Sadie suggested, that is: brain-damaged. I don’t know the reason for the damage; it could have existed at birth, or been caused by abuse of alcohol or hard drugs or even by lack of a basic education, and he’s trying to play catch-up as we watch.
