IS THERE LIFE AFTER DEATH

[Editor’s Note: I’m posting this on the basis of it being an excellent bad example of the the sort of post you might want to think twice about before submitting to SEB and also as a reminder of the importance in taking your medication every day when the nice men in the white lab coats give it to you. As an example of someone who is overly credulous it is beyond compare. I sincerely hope the author was trying to be satirical, but somehow I fear that this was written in all sincerity. A frightening thought indeed.]

I know there are people in this world who do not believe in the paranormal.  I personally always had a interest in it . I had a experience with this and it has totally changed my life.  Guess what it was for the good.  It has made me so much closer to god.  I have spirits with me all the time.  There in my home there everywhere I go.
Sometimes I see them, hear, feel there prescence, smells.  They are here.  I have over 50 pictures to prove it.  I was told I had some physcic abilities and that I just didn’t know how to use them.  This is some of them.  I just recently found out I could communicate with them through what is called channel writing.  I never thought anything like this would happen to me but it has.
I have been writing poems on the paranormal ever since this has happened and most of them have been published.  I have never
been able to write poetry before in my life.  I believe this has been for a reason.  There are more spirits in this world than there are people.  So there is life after death and we can communicate with them.  I just want to say GOD BLESS THEM ALL!  This has been going on now for about 2 years.

What you do is either try to hoax us (unlikely, since you would have given up by now, and gotten to more gullible folks) or you really believe.

Belief is a piss-poor substitute for proof unless one WANTS something to be true. Then its a lie. Sometimes a beneficial one, but mostly not.

PS: Having to believe for it to work invalidates any scientific research. Repeatable results. Above any statistical random likelihood as well.

My house is pretty free of spirits. Maybe they’re all at your house?

Dang, I never get invited to the real cool parties, it seems.

You wouldn’t know what it was if it touched you on the shoulder like it does me. Besides yours are there you don’t see them because you don’t believe.  Believe or not your not alone.

Rose,

I research on the paranormal.  You people or afraid that maybe this is the truth.  You don’t really want to know the truth.  There’s plenty of it on the internet.  Read you might learn something.

Well one part of research involves critically reviewing your views.  Something that it doesn’t appear that you are doing.  You seem to assume that there is life after death and that spirits are haunting your home.  The intellectually honest way to research would be to hold that agnostic and attempt to disprove the existence of spirits, and only accept that it is probably that spirits exist if you cannot disprove your assumption.

You seem to be so convinced that spirits do exist and that there is life after death that you are unwilling to brook any criticism.  I’m not calling you a liar, though I admit I have and still to some degree question your mental health, I’m just saying that your research methodology is questionable.  I mean how have you tried to disprove the pictures that you have taken?  Why are you convinced that there can be no other explanation than spirits, when it seems pretty obvious to me, and to most people here who’ve reviewed your pictures, that the images are either the result of smoke or a dirty lens?

P.S.  Case in point:

You wouldn’t know what it was if it touched you on the shoulder like it does me. Besides yours are there you don’t see them because you don’t believe.

This is a text book example of an untestable claim.  If you claim that you cannot experience “spirits” unless you already believe in them, it leads to the existence of spirits being an untestable claim.  As such, you aren’t doing research per se, but are only looking for cases of confirmation for your speculation.  Which, at best, is only pseudo or quasi research.

I believe in toons. I know most people don’t think they really exist, but I’ve seen them, they live in my house. You can only see them if you believe in them though. I have pictures of Porky Pig in the bathroom, but I can’t post them because this is a family site.......

Okay, count the ways your claim is different then mine......

You know I never thought I would be sitting here talking about spirits but, it’s amazing what people think of you whey you say you have spirits with you and you can see them.  I guess that’s why I do feel special because it has happened to me.  I could probably stay here all night talking about it.  I’m not trying to scare anyone but, I do have the ability to channel write with theses spirits.  It’s an amazing experience.  Sometimes it could be your spirit guides are your guardian angels are it could be some earthbound spirit who was afraid to cross over.  Does that make any sense to yall.  Know because you don’t believe.  Do you think I’m crazy of course you do.  What if I told you my cat was acting crazy one day running up and down the hall like something was chasing her.  You know cats have a sixth sense.  I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her so I got my digital camera and took a picture.  There was a spirit right behind her.  You know animals can see things that we cannot.  She was trying to get away from it.  Again call me crazy if you will.
That’s okay. I could tell you some true stories that’s for me to say that would make your skin crawl.  I would rather be called crazy with the truth than being called crazy and not tell the truth.

You know it’s not the actual pictures it’s what I feel when they are near and believe me I probably have over 20 spirits in my house.  You really don’t need to hear this from me theres the internet full of theses things going on.

Unless you believe in it.  It will never happen to you.  You have to believe.  I felt the same way you did but, I always had a interest in the paranormal.  It sure convinced me otherwise.

Hmmmm… correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t this a self-negating phrase?  She said that these things only occur to those who “believe”.  She further says that she felt the same way “you” did- one assumes this must be the postion of not believing.  Yet her “haunting” happened and convinced her otherwise.  Gotta love those sentence fragments!  hahahaha

Bwaaaa-ha-ha-ha- excellent!!!  I managed a group whose unit number was 666, but the employees wanted to change it.  They also changed Spur 666.  So why can’t I see the “spirits” then?  boo hoo

I think I’ve been insulted. I think. Maybe. Actually, it’s not very clear is it? It may not have been aimed at me at all. And there is the appology contained within as well. Kind of wishy washy.

We’re not sure exactly where it started. The paranormal investigators think maybe at my job, my home or land related.

Your credulity is what’s spooking me.

Some people have higher frequencies to the spiritual world than others and if you don’t believe in them there not going to bother you.  I do no they do not like you taking pictures of them.  I can get a picture in my house within 30 minutes if I want to.  I have had them touch me and I get real cold.  Try at home.  Always take more than one picture and look carefully and see if there’s anything different in one picture from the other.  I go visit my dad on weekends he lives out of town and I can see them there.
The investigators say either they follow me or I can just see them everywhere I go.

What if I told you my cat was acting crazy one day running up and down the hall like something was chasing her.

I’d say that was clear evidence of, um, catness.

We’re not sure exactly where it started. The paranormal investigators think maybe at my job, my home or land related.

Perhaps they should have started with the pantry and the refrigerator.

You know cats have a sixth sense

you know cats have fur between their ears?  Internally, that is, not on the top of their heads.

There was a spirit right behind her.

Uh, that was probably gas.  Stop feeding her that crap, and don’t be surprised if she ‘leaks’ a little while she’s racing around like a maniac.

You know animals can see things that we cannot

I’m suspicious of such claims.  After all, dogs are supposed to have noses that are a thousand times more powerful than a human’s, but when my dog ‘floats a biscuit,’ he just plays it off like it’s no big deal.  I, on the other hand, even with my massively inadequate human olfactory system, have to leave the room.  That’s if I can manage to find a door through the haze of tears.

I’m starting to think she really believes what she’s saying. I also think she needs a fair amount of professional help. The kind with real diplomas, not Ghostbusters.

I don’t have to believe anything on the internet.
I have all the proof I need myself.  Let me tell you something I have never really been a church going person but, since this has happened I feel a very close relatioinship with god.  It’s hard to explain.  What ever happened to me was for the good that’s why there is nobody in this world going to tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about when it comes to spirits.  I could have never made something up like this.  This is a true experience.  I go to church and I pray to god everynight.  I’m not a bad person and I sincerely want to say some of theses spirits are my spirit guides.  We all have them.  As with my poetry its just plain poetry but it comes from the heart inside.  That’s why they say I must have experienced something.  This is what the publishers say.  As far as other spirits not my spirit guides I think there stuck here in this life maybe from a sudden death not knowing they have passed away or maybe a suicidal death. Or just someone who is afraid of being judged by god.We still have our conscience when we die we just don’t have our body any longer.  I was told theses spirits were here wanting help from me to help them go to the light.  This is some of my story like I said I’m writing a book about this and it’s called the LIFE OF THE UNKNOWN!  So believe it or not.

My curiosity has got the best of me, and since your haunting apparently has been canceled, I have to ask.  About this channel writing, would you share with us some of the writings that these spirits have used you to channel?
