Bill Owen at happier times.I’ve put together a small photo album with a handful of pics of Bill from various points in time if anyone is interested in seeing them. This is mainly for the benefit of family and friends who may not have copies of these pics, but anyone is welcome to take a peek if you wish.

Putting this together was somewhat more upsetting than I thought it would be. It made me realize how few recent photos I have of Bill and how few I have with the two of us in them. I’ve only been carrying a stupid digital camera around with me for the past several months. Not like I didn’t have opportunities. I’ll be contacting friends and family over the next few days to see if I can’t come up with some more pics to add in.

Anyway, if you’d like to see what I’ve got so far just click here.

Great photos, Les; I understand how this can help. That BBS Bash takes me back; we used to do that sort of thing a lot, back in the day.

Again, my deepest sympathies to you and all who knew Bill. He sounds like he was a great guy.

Was I ever that young?
Gosh… I guess I was.

I would like to say thank you to Les Jenkins, and everyone who has been a good friend to my cousin Bill.  I only recently reconnected with Bill, and I’m just having a hard time coming to terms with this loss.  My first reaction from hearing of his death was extreme anger… because he just shouldn’t have died.  I don’t know what else to say at the moment…

Great photo album Les. . .a wonderful tribute. This is a hell of an effort on your part to put all these pics up. I never even knew Bill, but I wish I had.

If you ever get down to the DC area, drop me a line.

I am so incredibly touched to see that my cousin Bill has such dedicated friends who loved him so dearly.  I was only recently becoming close to him, after years of separation following my parents’ divorce.  My last memories of Bill are from my youngest son’s birthday party 2 months ago, the first and last time I was able to include him along side my sisters and brother.  We’ll love him always.

I haven’t looked at this yet, only because I personally have been avoiding my big brothers death.

Les, our neighborhood Dr. Who...Thanks for this and being there for my family.

You have been a great friend to Bill & I, more too Bill.  But you haven’t forgotten that he had a little brother.

And Again Thanx, and as my bro use to say, “LatreDaze, BetterLaze!”

Thank you Les,
For being the special friend
of Bill’s that you are.
PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL.
I would like a CD or DVD ..
Whatever it is…
and for my own keeping.
Thank you AGAIN!
Love, Mom
