Tomorrow is gonna be a good day. Big Red Monkey is holding another LAN party. The first one in a long time it turns out. So I’ll be off for a good 10 to 12 hours of sitting in a small Dearborn basement with 16 or so other guys playing Call of Duty 4 and other assorted FPS games while consuming way too much junk food and trash talking each other. Much virtual blood will be shed and the world will be a safer place once we’re done. If only because we’ll be off the streets for a few hours.

Assuming, of course, that I’m able to get out of the driveway after the 3 to 5 inches of snow we got tonight. Dammit.

16 person lan?! That’s just about an event. I’d love to come there and destroy you guys in your FPS of choice :D

Too bad it’s Monday at the time of reading this. I went to the parents’ for Zombie weekend [also saw Doomsday which almost a Zombie move!] and didn’t bring the computer.

CoD4, TF2, CS:S and anything else!

Attendance was less than we expected. Several folks dropped at the last minute so we only had 10 or so total this time out. Still had a good time. I’ll let you know about the next one and see if we can’t squeeze you in.
