GTA IV trailer just 20 hours or so away.

If you’ve been dropping by the official GTA IV website then you already know that we’re around 20 hours and 46 minutes way from the release of the trailer, but in case you didn’t know then, well, now you know.

It’s been really weird to flip through the channels on TV in the wee hours of the morning and see that same infomercial pop up repeatedly with the clock adjusted appropriately. Soon we’ll get a few answers on what the next iteration will contain. This is one of the games that could get me to plunk down the cash for a PS3. Assuming, of course, that I have the cash to plunk down and can do it without the wife killing me.

I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that Rockstar is considering not releasing this on PS3 as the primary platform or something. I wouldn’t buy a PS3 just for this at any rate, considering the extra stuff you can do on the PC version (modding, sutom tracks...).

It won’t be a PS3 exclusive, but we’ve known that for awhile. Makes sense too as there’s just not enough PS3s out there to support it as an exclusive. The Xbox 360 version will hit shelves the same day the PS3 version does.

I know the PC version allows for more modification, but this is the sort of game I prefer to play on consoles just as I prefer my PC for First Person Shooters.
