This is great!  High time we got around to this.  Next, I think we should make it illegal for Professors to use the phrase “it is true” or “I think,” ‘cause you never know who’s going to be offended by that. 

Perhaps we could just dispense with professors in their entirety, and just have a lottery wheel at the front of the class-- students would be randomly selected, each day, to come up and teach the class everything that they, also, don’t know.

If I would head a university in another English-speaking country or any country for that matter, I’d think hard about an academic refugee program. All things considered, there will come a time when a significant and self-inflicted brain drain sets in.

Hmmm...I wonder if this law will be upheld for students in theology classes who disagree that Jesus is the saviour of Mankind, or that he ever existed.  Or how about those who insist that all life if the product of the Raeliens.

I remember when my mother was attending ASU in San Angelo, Texas, a student in her biology class constantly complained of how her professors taught lessons that “contradicted her views”. I believe her biggest complaint was when she stood up and told her biology professor that evolution was ridiculous and that the bible didn’t mention it at all so it shouldn’t be taught. His response...."If you fail to believe in something supported by mounds of evidence simply because it does not agree with the idiot ravings of heathens 2,000 years ago, then you have no place in my class room.” I think he settled the issue

I don’t even know where to start on this one…
But I think the part that scared me the most:

Students who believe their professor is singling them out for “public ridicule�? – for instance, when professors use the Socratic method to force students to explain their theories in class – would also be given the right to sue.

Pay someone to teach you and then sue them when they do, WTF?
