I second Greg’s comment.
I’ll see just about anything with either the name “Sam Raimi” or “Bruce Campbell” attached. The notable exception being “For the love of the game” because the Costner factor cancelled out any potential for Raimi coolth clout. The last Costner film I enjoyed was Robin Hood Prince of Thieves (also known as “the Avast Ye Varmints” version) because of Alan Rickman and Morgan Freeman.

Actually, this was shown at the Maple (or similar Detroit area art theatre) several months ago for one night only, or something...and got good reviews at the time.
I’m glad it didn’t vanish into obscurity.

Personally, I’ve never been able to get into the Bruce Campbell thing. And I’m a definate fan of the quirky and unusual. I guess I never bought the move from the legitimate attempt to the cult following… Unlike Rocky Horror where I dig the fuck out of the cult following!
