The first AvP movie kinda sucked. Giant pyramids under the arctic ice? Where the fuck did they get that idea from? So it’s heartening to see that the sequel looks to make up for all the failings of the original. The folks at IGN.com have the restricted trailer up which they’ve kindly allowed us to embed here. WARNING: This is an R-Rated trailer and as such has a couple of pretty bloody scenes in it:

Now THAT’S an Aliens versus Predator movie dammit! Of course this is assuming they don’t end up chopping the shit out of it to make it PG-13 prior to release.
