If I had a dime for every time I, as a male, had to listen to a significant other throughout my dating and married years lecture me about how I wouldn’t be such an insensitive jerk during “that time of the month” if I had to experience what they were experiencing I’d definitely not be worried about finding a job at the moment, but would be basking on a beach in some exotic locale living off the interest. Not that there isn’t some truth to that statement; as men it is difficult at times for us to fully grasp just what a menstrual cycle must be like and I’m sure I speak for a great many men when I say how grateful I am to be a guy in that respect.

However, there’s at least one poor fellow in the world who knows all too well what women have to go through each month:

Media reports on Monday said Tarak, who works as a domestic help in Kalna town of Burdwan district, bleeds from his penis in the second week of every month.

During that time, he also suffers from nausea, stomach ache, mood swings and other symptoms of the menstrual cycle seen in women.

“The boy has male organs but he has feminine attributes,” said physician Sudip Mondol who examined Tarak. “If tests of his blood samples prove the presence of ovum, this would be a rare medical case. “The presence of female functional endometrial in a male prostate gland can cause this type of abnormality,” said Pradip Mitra of the West Bengal Gynaecological Society.

Dude, sucks to be you and you have my deepest condolences. Ouch.

Well, at least we evil atheists can use this as proof against Creationism. What kind of designer would allow this? I mean, fuck! Just fuck!

Fuck. This rivals that dead-frog in some person’s salad as the most discusting story of the day.

it isn’t disgusting per se. i think this person is in an unusual position to experience what every man should go through.

Ah well… as long as it’s not me and I can rest assured I will spend my months free of genital bleeding I’m happy.

Poor git… Still… If I were him I would use it to my advantage and make women think I was senstive and get laid loads… heh heh heh.

Did I read this right?! Does somebody actually think that all men should bleed from the dick once a month???

that’s right.

i think, among other things, that all men should go through fake menstrual cycles. there’s nothing more devastating to the ego than appearing weak. if you make everyone appear weak and sensitive i bet conflict would be greatly reduced.

While I know of a few women who have severe PMS symptoms that are out of their control-particularly towards menopause or if they have some other medical problem with the uterus....FAR TOO MANY women over-exaggerate their symptoms and play them up for their partners-for sympathy. Many also use them as an excuse to be a bitch and “get away with it” because they know they can play the bloody Mary card.

I look at it as part of my feminity that is just something I have to deal with.  It allows me to procreate-makes me different from the male of the species.  It’s life and you deal with it and move on in 5-7 days. LoL. Women need to stop feeling so sorry for themselves.

If anybody has seen any of the topics over at Military.com, you’ll know how many heated debates about gays in the military there are. I tried to use this story, along with the number of children born hermaphrodites to show how closely related males and females are physically. I also threw up some numbers of documented animal species showing homosexual behavior. I think I even mentioned the whole men having nipples thing. None of that makes a dent in the bible argument with most people though.
I don’t have a personal stake in the whole homosexual debate, but I hate seeing them beat down by the religious hordes.

I fail to see what menstruation has to do with homosexuality.  That said, male and females ARE closely related. I think that’s a “duh” comment if I’ve ever heard one.  We are both human beings, cut from the same cloth-genetically.  There is no arguing that.  I won’t argue the bible’s position on homosexuality-it’s been overdone as it is.  Suffice it to say-men and women fit together naturally and beautifully. There’s nothing natural or beautiful about a man and a man together, no matter how you try to spin it or slice it by trying to point out other species that may or may not be exhibiting what you consider homosexual behavior.

Who are you to presume to tell me, or anyone else, what is natural and beautiful?  I was reading your previous posts with some interest, but you’ve lost me with that one.  Kiss my grits!

Sorry I lost you, Joe.  But I guess I was under the impression I could share my opinion here.

Maybe before I state anything at all I should clarify for you that it’s MY opinion.  I will restate: there is nothing natural or beautiful, in my opinion, about a man and a man having sex. I find it repugnant. Disgusting. Revolting.

Happy?
