I consider myself an agnostic because there is too much coincidence and universal patterns (the golden ratio etc.) to ignore (no friggin’ omniscient big guys with big beards however). This is just my silly optimism and I have no problem being grouped with atheists. I am tolerant of benign faiths and beliefs that do not intrude on the beliefs or rights of others . However, I am rabidly opposed to the evil that is organized religion that has emerged from unenlightened ages simply as a way to control the masses and accumulate wealth and power for “God’s representatives” on earth. They are actually in conflict with the unalienable rights we all share as human beings.
