  Carnival in Rio should be on everyone’s Bucket List. I saw it in 1963 and was blown away. If you only have one opportunity to go to another country, this should be number one on your choice list. Spend at least two or three weeks to get some perspective of the country and the people. If you learn a little Spanish before you go, you will be understood by everyone there. You may have some trouble understanding them, however. And, as in most countries, don’t drink the tap water!
