I was job hunting on Craigslist and ended up with an e-mail from Cedric Harshaw [epusyqafygysa@hotmail.com] referencing an RE: Operations Coordinator Is Required (Nh, NH). I thought that it might have been a reply from a company that I might have sent my resume to.

I went to the Website and they asked for my name, e-mail addy and phone number to verify that I wasn’t spam. I didn;t go any futher on their site.

If they didn’t get his SSN then you’re probably OK, but probably best to keep a close eye on your statements for awhile.

As for why people have to such bastards, that’s easy. Money and a lack of scruples.

My husband received the same email for NER Property Management, and not knowing it was a scam he filled out the application and went to the credit site. He filled out his name and tried to got to the next page and this is were Norton/Internet Explorer gave a security message warning about the certificate for the site. He stopped trying to access the website and closed his browser. I ran Norton antivirus and spybot. Do you think we need to contact anyone about identity theft? I am going to just in case. They did not ask for or get his social security number. Why do people have to be such bastards?

I received an exact same email this time it is NER Property Management and the guy who sent the email was Ray Rake. I could tell pretty much that it was a scam. There is a lot of that going on, on Craigslist. I googled NER Property Management and nothing came up. Thanks for the information and every one be careful!
