I’d never heard of Richard Cheese before, but apparently he fronts a band called Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine which, according to Wikipedia, does the following:
The band specializes in playing lounge-style covers of recent popular rock, metal, rap and hip hop songs, sung in a croony traditional pop vocal style, contrasting an elegant jazz treatment of the music with often profane and ribald lyrics to create a humorous dissonance.
They’re very effective, though listening to that did hurt my brain a little.
Found via, of all places, Neil Gaiman (yes, that Neil Gaiman) on Twitter.

And I thought Dread Zepplin was the ultimate in cross-genre covers.
I have wondered for years how SLTS would sound if performed by a filipino lounge singer.
I can go on to live a care-free life now.
I’ve been listening to Richard Cheese for a long time now… RIchard Cheese is Mark Jonathan Davis. Maybe some of your readers will appreciate this piece of his work more.

The other Les tortures me with Mr. Cheese. Yes he does. *sigh*
A little bit of Richard Cheese goes a long way with me.
