Some changes to the comments template and All Comments is working once more.

Title pretty much says it all. I dinked around with the comments template today to try and clean things up a bit and I also got a working All Comments up and running again for those of you who made use of it.

Still lots of work to be done in terms of making things better, but it’s progressing.
