OK, that actually made me laugh out loud.

I am a La Leche League consultant.  Breastfeeding is natural and not objectionable.  I have been asked to leave multiple establishments because my baby called upon me to nourish him and I did.  We have laws in this country about breast feeding and age discrimination.  The fact that he is 35 should not even be considered!

There should be no problem in getting the ‘Moral Majority’ to support you (as if they’re all scared of one quick flash at the Superbowl).

Still, sounds like Moloch has lached onto more women’s boobs than I ever have, though he has a 2 year head start on me

I went to the Pork Board’s site and sent them an email via their Contact Us form. You can do it anonymously. Hopefully, plenty others will do it as well to get them to see how adjusting their attitude will benefit them greatly.

I wonder if there’s a nursing version of that silicone nerve bra. 

Webs: They are trying to scare you into doing something they want you to do, but legally they have no case for.

Probably so, since much of this sort of legal action is really just a game of chicken.

Jennifer, I agree with Webs – publicize the heck out of this, and maybe even consider doing parodies of other slogans like:

Baby Tee: Boobs – it what’s for dinner.

or

Woman’s Tee: Yes, they’re incredible and edible.

The last time I talked to a lawyer about a legal matter, he said there is really nothing I can legally do about the matter (it was something I won’t get into here).  But he said that a lot of times just allowing the lawyer to write a letter can scare the other side into admitting guilt, fault, or coming out of hiding.

What I mean is that this is what Pork Board is most likely doing.  They are trying to scare you into doing something they want you to do, but legally they have no case for.

Jennifer, if you are still reading, if I were you I would definitely find a pro bono lawyer and have them take the case to court.  The amount of publicity will really help your site.  And besides, the assholes at Pork Board have no case at all.
