Haven’t been around for a long, long time; Les probably doesn’t even remember me (as a token “reasonable” Christian).  Anyway,

1. Taken a picture completely naked?
Actually, yes.  Many, many years back, my wife snapped a picture of me buck naked reading the Sunday paper in bed… rear view.

2. Danced in front of a mirror naked?
Nope; don’t see the point.

3. Told a lie?
Yes.  Show me someone who hasn’t, and that person is a liar.

4. Had feelings for someone who didn’t have them back?
All the time.  Even after 22 years of marriage (although my expectations are more realistic and these “feelings” are more fantasy than real possibility.)

5. Been arrested? Not a once. I’m kind of boring that way. (Sorry, but that fits me too.)

6. Seen someone die?
Someone?  No, but I had a dog put down last year. It about ripped my heart out.

7. Kissed a picture?
Nope.

8. Slept in until 5pm?
Yes.  Nothing vague about that in my case.

9. Had sex at work (on the clock)? Since the Mrs. is the only partner I’ve had, I guess the answer is no.

10. Fallen asleep at work/school?
I famously fell asleep in a philosophy class while in college; whole class noticed, teacher noticed, I was snoring loudly.  I was awakened by the sound of sliding chairs at the end of class and wandered out, only to have my roomate tell me later on what happened.
At work?  Why, yes, just happened today as a matter of fact.  I was in a dark area listening for directions from someone else on a headset, and I admit to dozing a bit in between tasks.

11. Held a snake?
Yeah.  No biggie.

12. Ran a red light?
Yeah.  I try not to make a habit of it.

13. Been suspended from school?
Nope.

14. Pole danced?
Well, I am of Polish descent, so I guess the answer is yes.  But not in the way the question intended I guess.

15. Been fired from a job?
I’ve been laid off.

16. Sang karaoke?
No.  I was urged to during a trip to Korea, but was terribly sick and could barely talk, so I declined.

17. Done something you told yourself you wouldn’t?
Dumb question.  Next?

18. Laughed until something you were drinking came out your nose?
Of course.

19. Laughed until you peed?
No; I think that’s more of a girl thing.

20. Caught a snowflake on your tongue?
Yes.
 
21. Kissed in the rain?
Yes.  Where I grew up and also where I went to college, it rained a lot.

22. Had sex in the rain?
No.

23. Sang in the shower?
Yes, but not well.

24. Gave your private parts a nickname?
No.

25. Ever gone to school/work without underwear?
Yeah.  I went through that phase.

26. Sat on a roof top?
Yes.

28. Been pushed into a pool with all your clothes on? Pushed?
I don’t think so.

29. Broken a bone?
Just my big toe.

30. Flashed someone?
Nope.

31. Mooned someone?
Yep.

32. Shaved your head?
Nope.

33. Slept naked?
Most nights, yeah.

34. Blacked out from drinking?
Almost.  More excitingly, I almost crossed a busy street stinkin’ drunk; someone pulled me back by my collar and probably saved my life.

35. Played a prank on someone?
Yes.  My little brother and I used to boobie trap big brother’s room when he was out drinking… bucket of water on the top of the door, that kind of thing. 

36. Had a gym membership?
No; took Tae Kwon Do for a while though.

37. Felt like killing someone?
Seriously?  No.

38. Cried over someone you were in love with?
Actually, I married my first love and have never had a broken heart.

39. Had Mexican jumping beans for pets?
Nope.

40. Been in a band?
Nope.

41. Shot a gun?
Yep. My uncle’s. Never owned one.

42. Shot a bow and arrow?
Yes. As an adult leader at a Boy Scout camp.

43. Played strip poker?
Nope.

44. Donated Blood?
Yes.  Should do it again soon.

45. Ever jump out of an airplane?
Only a parked one. 

46. Been to more than 10 countries?  U.S., Canada, Mexico, Korea, UK, Germany…. nope.

Then #48: Have you ever paid for snake stroking in advance with dinner, flowers, or a movie?

No. Afterwards … I put my last 65 cents into his hat which he then put in a bag with another snake suggesting all his collections would be quite safe there. 
The last snake he showed was the Fierce Snake AKA Inland Taipan from cental Oz. Apparently a bite from one of these injects enough venom to kill 100 people or, it’s 50 times more deadly than a cobra.
We’ve got some killer shit in and around Oz with snakes, spiders, jellyfish and let’s not forget that bloody Stonefish.
The media only seems to report tourists falling foul of our fauna.
I’m still not sure if they’re the only ones that get got and we’re somehow immune or …

Funny!  I suppose it’s all in the expectations you set, “Hey folks, we’ve got a really crappy show for you tonight!”

I went to the Orange Field Days today and there was a snake handling exhibition.
The bloke had venomous snakes as well as Bertha, a Diamond Python.
I asked to stroke it so I could re-answer this question. I coulda held it if I’d wanted.
Oh well. Next year. 

I think it was more fun for me than the audience!

Yes – they have beets on tap at bars in Alabama, especially in Gulf Shores..  That’s how we roll down here.

Another one bites the dust!  In part spurred buy this thread, and maybe in part by a few beets, I did a horrible Karaoke version of “Why Don’t We Get Drunk and Screw”  last night at the end of the National Shrimp Fest down in Gulf Shors, AL.  I think it was more fun for me than the audience!
