Noticed a lot of folks doing this so I thought I’d give it a shot as well. It’s a small web widget that calculates how much your blog is theoretically worth based on the number of links it has using the same link-to-dollar ratio as the AOL-Weblogs Inc. deal had.
My blog is worth $138,876.84.

I have to admit that I’m very surprised by the result, but then I’m always underestimating how many folks link to SEB on a regular basis. Now if I could just sell all say $38,000 of that I could pay off every bill I have and survive without working for several more months and still have a sizable chunk of change in reserve. Ah, it’s a nice ego boost at least.
My own Blog is worth nothing, not a dime
Don’t feel too bad. DOF had the same result for his blog, which surprises me to no end.
Check it again, Guido & DOF. I checked mine at first and got a zero. Now, I get $10,726.26. It might have been overwhelmed, being a new meme and all.
Now if I could only turn that into real cash money…
