Not sure what the problem was, but I suspect it was an issue with the database going down. All the files were still present on the web server, but nothing was displaying when you tried to access it. I could still get the the ExpressionEngine back end, but couldn’t login and when I checked my account’s control panel none of the databases that run the site were listed. So either they somehow got deleted or the database server was offline for a bit. I suspect the latter. Either way, we’re back up once again and, other than a crapload of trackback spam, we seem to be running OK.
