I can see right through you.

Saw this rather revealing news blurb titled A Very Candid Camera over at TechTV.com about a new security scanner that’s been developed. Apparrently it has the ability to perform a strip search on anyone it scans without said person needing to remove their clothes. This search would reveal any weapons they have hidden under their clothes, but it would also reveal the individual in question in all their naked glory. It seems it’s a little too good at mapping the human body. Don’t have to worry yet, though, aside from the privacy issues such a device would raise it also uses quite a bit of processing power that makes it impractical for actual use in an airport as of yet. Still, it makes for fascinating reading. There’s also a video segment on the device for those of you with broadband connections.
