Site backend is now working!

Finally got a script in place to automate the placement of news on the site. This should make updating on a regular basis a lot easier now. I had been holding off on putting up too much stuff before getting a system in place to manage it. Too many memories of the first website I ran where building every page by hand quickly grew cumbersome to manage.
